Package One (Friday to Sunday Use, 200 guests) is $5500

Package Two (Saturday Use, 100 guests ) is $3500. Only available March, April, May, October and November

 Our rates include all tables, chairs and table linens for up to 200 guests. We coordinate the rentals and set up all of the tables, chairs and table linens. We arrange the entire lodge area, patio area and ceremony site so that everything is in place when our guests arrive on Friday. This frees our guests up to focus on decorating and hosting a rehearsal for the wedding party. In addition, we also take down all of the rentals, do all the clean up and package all the decorations, allowing our guests to enjoy a Sunday morning breakfast at the lodge if they’d like.

Rock Springs Ranch has captured the hearts of many with its stunning surroundings and intimate location. Whether you choose a simple one day event or a three-day weekend gathering, you are sure to please your guests with a truly special experience. At Rock Springs Ranch you are given the freedom to book your own catering company, and other vendors as well. You also have the choice to use the cabins; either way, you have exclusive use of the ranch.

Package One {Friday to Sunday Use 200 guests}

This option allows you to decorate the lodge and have a rehearsal on Friday, with access to the lodge and surrounding area from 4pm to 6pm, after which the lodge is locked up for the night. You then may have access to the lodge and surrounding area on Saturday for your ceremony and reception from 9am to 11pm. Then on Sunday you have access to the lodge and use of the ranch until noon. This option is $5500.00 and it includes all tables, chairs and table linens for up to 200 guests. We coordinate the rentals and set up all of  tables, chairs and table linens. We arrange the entire lodge area, patio area and ceremony site so that everything is in place when you arrive on Friday and you can focus on decorating.  In addition, we also take down all rentals, do all the clean up and package all the decorations.   Please see “Table and Chair Inventory” for the details on what is included.
If you choose to rent cabins and have your guests stay overnight they may arrive starting at 4pm on Friday and they must be out of their cabins by 11:00 am on Sunday. See additional cabin information below.

Cabins

Rock Springs Ranch offers the use of 7 cabins with a total of 31 rooms available, 28 of the rooms have queen sized beds and 3 of the rooms have twin beds. Each room comes furnished with clean linens and towels. The cabins are all in walking distance of the main Lodge and boast beautiful views of the surrounding area. Cabin A has 7 rooms, Cabin B has 8 rooms, Cabins C and D have 2 rooms and Cabins E,F and G have 4 rooms each,10 of the rooms have shared bathrooms and the remaining 21 rooms have private bathrooms. The cabins are available for $120 per room, per night. There is a 20 room minimum. The 20 room minimum may be divided between Friday and Saturday night. For example, 4 rooms may be rented on Friday night and 16 rooms may be rented on Saturday night.

If you choose to rent the cabins you will be responsible for paying a $1600 non-refundable deposit , plus a $300 cleaning/damage deposit one month prior to your wedding. The room balance, booking fee and room tax is due the day after your wedding. You are responsible for collecting payment and assigning rooms to your guests. I suggest enlisting the help of a friend or relative with assigning the rooms and collecting money.

You will be given the layouts of each cabin, as well as a room assignment sheet. The check-in time is 4pm on Friday and check-out is 11am on Sunday. Please keep in mind that we do not have any staff on hand to serve your guests and we do not have any meal service other than that which you provide. Some of the rooms do have small refrigerators, but no kitchen or cooking access. The town of Tumalo is approximately 5 miles away. It hosts Tumalo Store, Bellatazza Coffee, The Bite (food carts)  and El Caporal (MexicanRestaurant).
We do not allow any motor homes to park on the property. We suggest reserving a camping slot at Tumalo State Park 1-800-452-5687.

  • Use of the lodge, wrap around patio and deck, surrounding lawn areas and dock on the pond.
  • White or ivory linens for the interior dining tables, buffet tables and desert table, draped 1/3, not full length – upgraded linens and napkins are available at an additional cost.
  • Black linen for the bar.
  • White poly folding chairs – upgraded chairs are available at an additional cost.
  • Counter, sink and small refrigerator usage in the kitchen by licensed and adequately insured caterers only. No stove, oven or dishwasher use available.
  • A changing area for the bridal party.
  • Outdoor fireplace and firewood.
  • Twinkle lights hung above the patio area.
  • Horse Shoe Pit
  • Ample parking

Please note we do not allow the following:

  • Open flame candles
  • Dogs, unless in the wedding
  • Hosting of rehearsal dinner on property
  • Tent camping, RVs or motor homes

Available for March, April, May, October and November. This option is ideal for weddings of 100 guests or less. The lodge can accommodate all aspects of the wedding should the weather be challenging.

This option allows you a one day use of the lodge and surrounding area on Saturday for your ceremony and reception from 9am to 11pm. This option is $3500 and this rate includes include all tables, chairs and table linens for up to 100 guests.  We coordinate the rentals and set up all of  tables, chairs and table linens. We arrange the entire lodge area, patio area and ceremony site so that everything is in place when you arrive on Saturday.  In addition, we also take down all rentals, do all the clean up and package all the decorations  Please see “Table and Chair Inventory” for the details on what is included.
