We require that you choose a caterer and a DJ from our list of several options.  You have the freedom to choose your other vendors, although we do encourage you to choose from our recommended list due to the past experience that they have at Rock Spring Ranch.

No, you are responsible for providing you own dishware.

Yes, we have white twinkle lights hanging above the patio area and the side deck, casting a beautiful glow.

No, we do not provide a dance floor. We host the dancing outside the lodge on the pavered patio area, under the twinkle lights. If the weather is challenging, we move the dancing inside the lodge.

Music can be played until 10:00.

Yes, we provide firewood and we will start the fire for you when you request to have it lite.

Yes, we require that all alcohol be served by a licensed and insured bar tender. You  have the option of purchasing your own beer, wine and alcohol and then having the bar tender serve your guests.

Yes, we require that you hire a professional DJ from our required list or you’re also welcome to hire a band.  All music must be turned off by 10 PM. We do not allow our guests to use their own sound systems due to noise concerns.
